EarnCanyon 1.0.0, the first public release

v1.0.0 · 8 Agu 2026

EarnCanyon is a rewards platform. You create a free account, complete offers and surveys supplied by advertising and market research networks, and the reward is credited to your balance as CanyonCoin. 100 CanyonCoin are worth $1.00. You never pay us anything, and there is nothing to deposit, buy or top up.

Earning

  • Offer walls. Offers, surveys and app tasks from the networks we work with. Each one states what it pays and what you have to do before you start it. The network confirms your completion and the Coins are credited automatically.
  • Reversals are their own entry. When a network tells us a completion was invalid, the Coins it credited are reversed by posting a new entry rather than by editing the original, and you are notified when it happens.
  • Daily bonus. Free to claim once a day, and it grows with your streak.
  • Coin drops. Claimable while they last.
  • Referral commission. You earn a share of what the people you invite earn from offers. The rate starts at 2.5 percent and rises with your referral tier.
  • Races. Competitions that run for a set window and rank everyone on one measure of earning activity. The top places share a prize pool that EarnCanyon funds. There is no entry fee and nothing to buy.
  • VIP tiers. XP rises as you complete tasks and your tier follows it on its own. A higher tier adds cashback on what you earn and a larger multiplier on the daily bonus. Every figure is shown on the VIP page.

Your wallet

  • One balance, and the entries behind it. Coins are the only balance on the site. Nothing converts into anything else, and nothing moves between accounts. You can read every entry that produced your balance at any time.
  • Cashing out. This release ships the payout request flow. When a method is open you pick it, enter the amount you want, and the form previews the fee and the amount you will actually receive before you confirm. Which methods are open, the smallest and the largest amount you can ask for, and the fee that applies are all shown on the withdrawal page itself, which reads them at the moment you open it, so this note does not repeat them. The FAQ describes how a request is reviewed and paid.
  • Identity checks only where they are needed. A check is triggered when a payout request crosses the amount that requires identification for the method you chose. It runs through our verification partner Didit. Below that amount you are not asked.

Your account

  • Sign up with email, Google or Apple. You need to be 18 or over, and we ask for your date of birth at signup to check it.
  • Two factor authentication with an authenticator app, single use backup codes, and trusted devices so the challenge is asked once per device.
  • Session management. Every active sign in is listed and can be revoked, on its own or all at once.
  • Account deletion on request, with a window in which you can cancel it.
  • Data export of every personal field we hold.
  • One account per person and per household. VPNs, proxies and anything else that hides where you are connecting from are not allowed, and completing tasks on behalf of somebody else is not allowed either.

Community and support

  • Community chat, with moderators and a profanity filter that runs in all sixteen languages the site ships.
  • Live support, with a help centre carrying every published answer, the support channels, and the guides our team writes.

Languages

Sixteen: English, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Polish, Indonesian, Turkish, Russian, Danish, Dutch, Japanese, Korean and Swedish. The interface flips to right to left for Arabic.

Transparency

  • Published legal documents: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and the AML and KYC Policy. A new version prompts you to accept it the next time you sign in.
  • Cookie consent, with your choice recorded.
  • A public status page carrying the current operational state and whatever our team has written about it.
  • A machine readable export of the whole public site at /llms-full.txt and /llms-full.json, so an assistant answering a question about EarnCanyon reads the same content a person does.

If something on your account does not look the way you expect it to, open a support ticket from the help centre at /faq and we will trace it back through the ledger with you.

Corrections

14 August 2026. The wallet section of this note carried a bullet saying that payouts were not open, that no payout method was switched on, and that payouts would open when the platform launches. None of that was true on the date of this correction: a gift card payout method was switched on, the withdrawal page was taking requests, and payouts had already been requested and paid. The cashing out entry above replaces that bullet.

The replacement names no method, no minimum, no maximum and no fee on purpose. Each of those is a setting the site owner can change on any day, and a file that ships with the software cannot follow it, which is how the original bullet came to contradict the page it was describing. The withdrawal page reads all of them when you open it, so that page, and not this note, is where they are answered.
