Yes. The site is operated by EarnCanyon LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We work with established advertising and market research networks, and every Coin you earn comes out of what an advertiser paid for that task. Race standings are built from your recorded earnings inside the Race window, and the leaderboard is public while the Race runs, so you can check your own position at any time.

You earn Coins in the Earn section by completing surveys, apps, offers and other tasks. The more you earn, the higher you climb the leaderboard and the more you can win from a Race. Your wallet is where you ask to be paid, and it lists the methods that are open to you at that moment, each with its own minimum and its own fee. You can be paid through Bitcoin, Litecoin, Gift card, Dogecoin, and Ethereum, and the lowest minimum among them is $5.

Sign up with your email, or with Google. You need to be 18 or over, and we ask for your date of birth at signup to check that. Once you are in, head to the Earn section and complete a few offers or surveys. You do not join a Race: every member counts automatically while one is running, and the Races page shows what is running and what is coming next.

You earn XP by completing tasks, and your VIP tier rises automatically as your XP grows. Three things come with a higher tier. Cashback on what you withdraw and a bigger multiplier on your daily bonus both start at Silver, and a bonus on every offer you complete starts at Gold. The cashback and the offer bonus are not paid into your balance: they gather on your Bonuses page, where one press collects them within 7 days of the day they were earned. Take a screenshot of your completion, then open a support ticket with that proof. There is no deadline for reporting it, so send it whenever you notice. We review uncredited offers by hand and reply as soon as an agent picks the ticket up.

You can earn from most countries. A small number of countries are not eligible, and if yours is one of them you will be told when you try to sign up.

It arrives by email once the gift card withdrawal is completed. It goes to the address you typed into the withdrawal form, which does not have to be the address on your account, so read that field back to yourself before you confirm. If nothing has arrived, check your spam folder first, then open a ticket with the request id and we will look at the delivery.

A negative balance usually happens when an offer or survey is reversed by the provider because the data was invalid or incomplete. The Coins that were credited are taken back, which can leave you below zero if you had already withdrawn them.

Surveys pay small amounts often. App and offer tasks pay more but take longer. The Earn section shows what each task pays before you start, so read the requirements first and work down from the ones that pay best.

Some survey providers give a partial reward if you are disqualified partway through, and you keep that partial amount. The full reward can also be held back if the offer was not completed the way the advertiser asked. If you finished everything that was asked of you and were still underpaid, open a ticket with a screenshot.

This is usually because the provider disqualified you based on your answers, or because tracking failed. Check your transaction history first, wait a few minutes, and contact the offer wall’s support if nothing arrives.

Some things wait on a person instead of going straight through. Every withdrawal is approved by our team before it is paid. An offer completion can be held while we check it when the signals around it look unusual. Once your lifetime referral commission passes our review threshold, each new commission waits for approval too. The status updates in your wallet or on your Referral page the moment the check finishes, and you can open a ticket if it has sat far longer than you expected.

Races are competitions that run for a set window. Everyone is ranked on one measure of earning activity for that Race, such as Coins earned or offers completed, and the top places share a prize pool that EarnCanyon funds. There is no entry fee and nothing to buy. The leaderboard is public while the Race runs, so you can see where you stand.

Cashback is a share of what you withdraw coming back to you because of your VIP tier. It is worked out from each withdrawal as soon as that withdrawal completes, and it lands on your Bonuses page rather than in your balance, because nothing is paid out automatically. One press collects it. Every amount keeps its own 7 day clock from the day it was worked out, and a newer amount never renews an older one, so take the oldest first. Bronze earns none, and the rate for every tier above it is shown on the VIP page. Once collected it appears in your history as VIP cashback.

You earn a commission on what the people you invite earn from offers and surveys. The rate starts at 2.5 percent and climbs with your referral tier, up to 10 percent at the top. What a new referral earns in their first days after joining pays no commission at all: it is not held back for later, it is simply not counted. After that, once your lifetime commission passes our review threshold, each new commission waits for a person on our team to approve it. Your current rate, and how many days a new referral waits, are shown on your Referral page.

Your referral tier is set by the commission you have earned from your referrals, not by your own earnings. The more the people you invited earn from offers and surveys, the more commission you collect and the higher your tier climbs. Rates run from 2.5 percent on the first tier up to 10 percent on the highest. Reach the amount a tier asks for and your rate rises from your next commission onwards. Commission still waiting for review does not count yet, and commission that was taken back no longer counts. Your tier, the next one and your progress towards it are all on your Referral page.

Sometimes we ask you to confirm your identity. When we do, Settings shows a KYC section where you start a short check with your camera, handled by our verification partner. Payout requests wait until the check is done, and everything else keeps working as usual. If a check will not complete, support will help.

Accounts can be suspended for breaking our rules, including fraudulent activity, VPN usage or attempting to bypass platform restrictions. If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, contact support for a manual review.

No. Only one account is allowed per user and per household, and account sharing is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to a permanent ban of all related accounts.

No. The use of VPNs, proxies or any service that masks your IP is not allowed. These tools interfere with tracking and put offer quality at risk, and using them can lead to restrictions or account suspension.

No. All tasks and offers must be completed by the account owner only. Completing offers on behalf of others is not allowed and may result in a permanent suspension.

Yes. We run Races and events that last a short time, and they are open to everyone on the platform. They are announced in the community chat and in your notifications, so keep an eye on both.

To keep the community safe, everyone follows the same chat rules: no spamming, no referral links, no harassment, no begging and nothing inappropriate or dangerous. Please keep the main chat readable for everyone. Moderators cover several languages, and the profanity filter runs in every language the site supports. Breaking the rules can lead to a mute or a permanent suspension from chat.
