AML & KYC Policy
This policy is issued by EarnCanyon LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. It explains the controls we run to keep the platform from being used to move criminal money. Users never pay EarnCanyon and never deposit funds, so the only money movement on the platform is a payout leaving it.
1. What this policy is built on
Our controls are built on:
The FATF Recommendations on money laundering and terrorist financing;
United States federal law and the law of the State of Wyoming, which is where EarnCanyon LLC is formed;
The data protection duties we owe to users in the European Union and the United Kingdom;
Applicable criminal law on the financing of terrorism;
Our own fraud and verification controls, which are described in this policy;
Restrictions that apply to the countries we are not able to serve.
2. Internal Controls and Restrictions
EarnCanyon does not support transactions involving physical cash.
Accounts may not be used by third parties or shared among multiple users.
We request identification documents only when a payout request crosses the amount that requires ID for the payout method chosen. Activity we flag as suspicious can hold a request for a person to review, and it never leads us to ask you for documents.
Transfers of balance between users are not possible on the platform.
We may delay, reject, or investigate transactions that raise suspicion.
Suspicious activities may be reported to competent authorities without prior notification.
3. Identity verification
Identity checks run through our verification partner Verisoul. A check is triggered when a payout request crosses the amount that requires ID for the method you chose. Below that amount you are not asked for documents.
We also score every signup and every payout request automatically, using network and device signals, to detect proxies, VPNs, datacentre networks, automation and device signals that do not add up. A high score can hold a payout for a person to review. If you are asked to verify and do not complete it, the payout stays held and access can be restricted.
4. What we may ask you for
When a check is triggered by the amount you asked for, we may ask for:
Your legal name and date of birth;
The country you live in;
A photo of a government issued ID;
A selfie taken live, so the document can be matched to you;
An explanation of activity on the account that looks unusual to us.
We ask for the least we need, and we do not keep documents longer than the law requires.
5. Your Responsibility as a User
Confirm that your activity is legitimate and in compliance with applicable laws.
Acknowledge that we may disclose account information to authorities in case of suspicion or as required by law.

6. Activity we do not allow
VPNs, proxies and any other service used to hide where you are connecting from;
Accounts operated on behalf of someone else, farms of accounts, and any attempt to run more than one account per person.
7. Ongoing Surveillance and Reporting
EarnCanyon continuously monitors platform activity. Unusual behavior may result in the submission of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to the appropriate authority.
Users may report concerning activity by emailing: [email protected]. Reports are handled confidentially and investigated accordingly.
8. Countries we do not serve
Some countries are not eligible for EarnCanyon. We check the country you are in when you sign up and again when you request a payout, and we refuse both if your country is on that list. The list can change.
9. Cooperation with Authorities
We respond to lawful information requests and cooperate with regulatory and enforcement bodies internationally.
10. Data Confidentiality & Security
Your data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and with the General Data Protection Regulation where it applies. We share it only where the law requires it or where it is needed to stop financial crime.
