Refund Policy

EarnCanyon does not sell anything. There is no deposit, no top up and no purchase anywhere on the site, so you never pay us and there is no payment that could be refunded. What this page covers is the only direction value actually moves: out to you when you withdraw, and occasionally back off your balance when an advertising network withdraws a conversion it had already confirmed.

Nothing to refund

Your account is free. CanyonCoin arrives when you complete a campaign from one of the advertising or market research networks we work with, when you claim your daily bonus, when a coin drop lands, and through referral commission and VIP benefits. All of that is funded by EarnCanyon out of what advertisers pay us. Because you never hand us money, we hold nothing of yours to give back.

If anyone ever asks you to pay EarnCanyon to unlock a payout, a level or a bonus, it is not us. Tell us at [email protected].

Cancelling a payout request

When you request a payout, the Coins leave your available balance straight away and are held against that request.

• While the request is still waiting for review, or waiting on identity verification, you can cancel it yourself from your Wallet. The full amount returns to your balance immediately.
• Once the request has been approved and sent to the payout provider, you cannot cancel it from your side. Write to [email protected] with the reference shown on the request and we will take it up with the provider.
• If the provider rejects the payout, for example because the details on the request were wrong, the amount returns to your balance and you can request it again with corrected details.

When an advertiser reverses a conversion

This is the one case where your balance goes down without you asking for it, so here is exactly what happens.

Networks pay us for confirmed conversions. A network can withdraw one later, usually because the advertiser found the signup, purchase or survey response was invalid, duplicated, or came from someone breaking the advertiser rules. The network takes its money back from us, and we take the matching Coins back off your balance.

• The reversal is posted as its own entry in your wallet history, alongside the credit it undoes. The original entry is never quietly edited, so you can always see both.
• We notify you when a reversal is applied, with the amount and the reason the network gave.
• If you had already withdrawn those Coins before the reversal reached us, the balance can go below zero. We do not claw anything back from a payout that has already been sent, and we never ask you to send money to us. The shortfall stays on the balance and clears as you earn again. Until the balance is back above zero there is nothing available to withdraw.
• A reversal on its own is not a penalty and does not count against your account. A pattern of reversals that points at deliberate abuse is handled under the Terms.

If you think a reversal was wrong, open a ticket through /help or write to [email protected] and quote the entry from your wallet history. We can ask the network to look at it again, and where a credit was removed in error we put it back.

Mistakes on our side

If our own ledger credits or debits your balance incorrectly, we correct it with a matching entry rather than by editing the original one. Both rows stay visible in your wallet history, so the record of what happened is never rewritten. We do it as soon as we have established what went wrong.
